ATA Vacancy EYFS/ Key Stage 1 We are currently recruiting for a full time ATA to work within the EYFS/Key Stage 1. We are looking to appoint a hardworking, passionate and creative practioner. You must be committed to following a creative, child centered approach to teaching and learning and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good understanding of the EYFS framework and key stage 1 curriculum. You would work alongside an established motivated and supportive staff team.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification and be fully up to date with current best practice in teaching and assessment

• Have a positive outlook and a good sense of humour

• Be hardworking and willing to contribute to the whole school ethos

• Ensure that all children attending the setting receive a creative, inspiring and stimulating learning environment with high quality care, are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences both indoors and outdoors

• Have high expectations of children with a commitment to helping them fulfil their potential

• Communicate effectively and sensitively with children, colleagues, parents and carers

• Have the ability to follow a plan and deliver activities to small groups of children
• Improve your own knowledge and practice including responding to advice and feedback
